Google has been helping users unsubscribe from unwanted newsletters directly in promotional emails for some time now. In April, it even enhanced Gmail with a mobile subscription management center, where all subscribed newsletters can be found with the option to easily unsubscribe. Until now, however, this feature only worked in the mobile app, which is now changing, and the „Manage Subscriptions” feature is now also heading to the **web interface**.

On phones, the feature is available directly in the sidebar below the Trash folder, but on the web, the location is slightly different. You can now find the management option in the left inbox panel after clicking on „**More**”, between Spam and Manage Labels.

After clicking on „**Manage Subscriptions**”, you will then be taken to a clear page with all your newsletters. The AndroidAuthority portal provided a screenshot of the new feature’s location.

From this page, you can see an overview of all subscriptions, view the email history from a given sender, or **unsubscribe** with a single click.

Gmail may not register changes immediately

Google, however, warns that unsubscribing from a subscription may not be immediate; some emails may still arrive for a few days after unsubscribing. So, if a particular subscription is truly bothering you, it’s best to block the sender directly.

The feature is also being rolled out gradually, so if you don’t see it in Gmail yet, don’t despair; it should be available to everyone soon.
